Skyward Sword & Skyrim

Post » Mon May 07, 2012 9:34 pm

Sooooo, [censored].

2 of my most anticipated games of this year comes in 1 week span. Skyrim is about 300 hours if I want to play everything (infinite quests?) so how on earth am I going to have time to play the new Zelda when it launches just 1 week after....anyone else having the same problem?

I don't know if I should continue Skyrim and wait to play Zelda or just put Skyrim aside for a while...

Eh, take a break from Skyrim and then go back to it.

No point in playing Skyrim until you "finish", as you never really finish a TES game. I've been going back to MW and OB for years. Played plenty of other games in-between :)

I'm also excited Skyward Sword, and will be picking it up on release date. I may just try to play both games simultaneously--one of the things I like about RPGs is that they don't demand muscle memorization of button combos, which makes it easier to play more than one game at once.

hahahahahaha You're conflicted between Skyrim, and Zelda?! Not just any Zelda, but Skyward sword? Windwaker and Twilight Princess's goofy lovechild? I love Zelda but Skyward sword looks incredibly stupid. You're a student at a floating school.

I personally think Skyrim looks better, but I have a biased opinion as I completely hate the LoZ franchise.

Yea, Skyrim, Zelda and Assassins Creed in just 2 weeks. Thats nearly unbearable. First things first though. I already grew a beard and destroyed nearly all of my pants listening to the soundtrack, so first I'll finish Skyrim before I'm off to Hyrule to get some green tunics!

I'll be playing Skyward Sword first, for many reasons.

I have a wii, but not an xbox or ps3
I usually end up helping my oldest daughter get through the tough parts in zelda games- or just outright playing it while they watch (the family likes watching me play lol)
TES games have more replayability- once I beat a zelda game I don't usually play it again.

Edit: did I really type Skyrim Sword? LOL

Put Skyrim aside... for Zelda? Forgive me but I haven't played a Zelda game since the first one, seems that series has become a little played out.

I will be getting Zelda for sure. I will get it for my nephew for Christmas. Even though he is like 3?

jk, I will get him that and I hope I can get him a Ferrari Power wheels. It's 800.00 though, but will last him a couple of years.

Me and you both friend, I am a huge Zelda fan, but Skyward Sword saddens me D:
not only the graphics, but just the way that literally Everything revolves around Wii Motion plus, every single monster you can only kill one way which is to slash up or down >:|
make a door dizzy by spinning your sword in a circle. i mean come on!

Just for the heck of it, i may just make Link in Skyrim so I can be saved :D

oh yeah and Link looks like a Girl in Skyward Sword O.o
