Ok, this is a massive bug that needs ironing out:

I hit a moose with an arrow, it just stands there.

I hit a dude with a sword, he just stands there, i keep hitting and he finally draws his sword after the 4th blow.

Its game breakingly unresponsive - otherwise the game works great for me on my PC.
