Sluggishclumsy feel to the game

Have people reported that mouse movement, especially when you look up/down feels very sluggish and unresponsive?

Btw, what free software can I use to measure framerate?

Fix for poor mouse sensitivity:

Insert these entries into your SkyrimPrefs.INI under the Controls section:

fMouseHeadingYScale=0.0500
fMouseHeadingXScale=0.0500

The numbers can be whatever you want them.

That should get rid of the sluggish Y sensitivity.

Not big surprise? I don't see many studios able to innovate without having some sort of fatal flaw these days. I can think of Bastion, and The Witcher 2 was better than I expected certainly... but no matter the development time, it seems no PC titles are being polished very well.

If you're talking about having like 1 sec mouse lag, disable antialiasing. It helps a ton.
