Small Bug? AI path-finding?

Noticed a minor bug regarding 2 specific random encounters, the Noble on a horse escorted by a guard and a Farmer leading a cow to a giants camp. When first encountered there seems to be no problem as they proceed to go to wherever they are going but if you save then reload they get stuck, not moving anymore! noticed this only after patch 1.5 so has any else had a issue of sort? kinda mundane of a issue yes but still a issue hehe :)

This has turned up numerous times for me now. In Riverwood and in some other instances outside. NPC's will be stuck behind small wooden fences and archers will not hit correctly. Guards and other NPC's alike do not cross water properly now enough though WIS water wars ESP in in effect. I am going to upgrade to the Beta version now to see if problems are fixed.

Apparently this also happens with the 3 Imperials escorting a Stormcloak prisoner and i think i can presume it will also happen with its thalmor counterpart.

Seriously am i the only one getting this bug? well its a given i save when i get the encounter then it bugs when reloading the save.

Even the main quest AI pathing is broken.....just an FYI.

Delphine and Esbern best bet is to avoid traveling with them doing so can lead to about an hour of them getting stuck between two pieces of terrain(endlessly running back and forth between the two)....I hear the same happens on the Companions questline as well.

was that before or after patch 1.5?

EDIT: i think its the "followers" of these encounters that are bugged, the Stormcloak prisoner just refuses to move same goes with the noble on the horse and the cow.

I have had stragglers before that stop from their group happens often with the khajit caravan but eventually it tends to normalize. Do they remain after a fast travel or entering an interior cell and returning to the exterior?

No they don't remain after fast traveling(thank god) aside from being "stuck" when you save the encounter theres nothing really wrong.

The stormcloak prisoner simply "refuses" to move >.< regardless of how long you wait.

And No i have NO mods installed! and yes i've verified integrity of game cache

I think it may just be a bi product them messing the AI pathing.....I guess before some of the crashes were caused by it. As I read Beth is working on the navmesh issue so hopefully this gets solved with that.

Hmm perhaps. been a few days after starting a new character to test this bug and indeed it still happens >.<
well i hope beth fixes it, its minor but kinda well irritating in a sense haha at least you'r follower eventually follows you again when it happens to them lol

A Bump with a new bug! Follower's getting stuck in random locations, dungeons/roads they somehow get stuck and won't move!
