I have no clue if the TES team reads this sort of stuff, but I love this series so much I thought I would throw a few glitches out there that I've seen so they may be fixed in the future. Seriously fantastic game otherwise!

Lighting from dark scene to light scene - When you are looking at a bright scene and then switch your view to a dark one (e.g., standing on a balcony and looking out over the landscape and then turning around to look inside a room), you are momentarily blinded. I'm assuming that this is one of the plethora of minutiae that the TES team put in to make things more realistic. Sometimes it can be frustrating though when you are searching a room and have no choice but to continually look from light to dark.

Coming out of sneak mode for battle - many times when you are sneaking, someone will spot you and you are forced to come out of sneak mode to quickly engage in battle or run away. Unfortunately, it seems that, regardless of the controller, this process is terribly tedious. The process of standing up out of a sneak pose should not be dependent on what other actions I'm taking (e.g., swinging a sword, casting a spell). As it is, if someone engages me in battle and I'm sneaking, I literally have to stop all actions and press the joystick button in order to stand up, leaving me open to being hit or killed.

Conversation started while battle going on - So far, this has only happened to me once, but it was such a glaring problem I noted it. I was having a discussion with someone that was trying to rob me on the road when I decided that robbing me wasn't an option and we started fighting. This robber was apparently fighting with someone else previously, and while we were fighting, the previous person came to speak to me about saving him. As soon as he started talking to me, the dialog feature came up and I was no longer able to move or fight, while the bandits killed me.

Save issue - whenever there are enough saves to make you have to scroll past the first page, there is an issue with the very last one. When you scroll down to the last one, it shows you a picture of the save, but the save is not on the list.

Spell image glitch - Sometimes when changing a spell, the previous spell's image will stay in your hand. I went from Candlelight to Firebolt and my hand still showed Candlelight.

Like I said, I don't know if this will help at all, but I have loved this series since Arena and just wanted to put my input out there if it can help!
