Smelting?

Do any cities have a place to smelt? I know ive seen them in dungeons but can i do it at a city?

Yeah, cities have smelters. Whiterun for example has a Smelter right by the Forge.

Dawnstar has smelters outside the two mines.
Windhelm has a hard to spot smelter near the forge.

Yeah, cities have smelters. Whiterun for example has a Smelter right by the Forge.
by the companion forge? where?

no, it is by the forge next to the main gate. behind the forge i guess i should say.

No, the Forge by the front gate. The Skyforge doesn't have a Smelter or a Tanning rack as far as I recall.
