After I finished the quest to find Karliah with Mercer, I fast traveled back to Winterun to do some smithing. Unfortunately, the menus do not appear when clicking on the station (i.e., tanning, blacksmith forge, smelting, grindstone). I've tried to transition in and out of houses, quit and reloaded the save, and also rebooted my xbox. Does anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind. I had to load a save prior to the end of that quest.

Happened to me as well.
Not just smithing, it affected all crafting skills.
Reloading a save fixed it.
