This. Vyrthur uses all of those animations, so it's a small step to assume he is the 'SnowElfPrince' subject of those lines.

The scripting lines say "chair", and when you meet Vyrthur he's actually sitting on a 'chair', specifically a Dwarven throne. So could it be him?

As many people said, the snow prince fell long ago, his remains are located in Soilethiem.

I believe that was the file title for Vyrthur. All of those lines seem to point to him.

Exactly, the title in the animations says snow Elf prince not just snow prince.. and the arch curate had the ears of Auri-el himself, so IMO... thats pretty much a Snow Elf, who's a prince
