I know how the CK is kept organised, but you can't compare objects to unique animations, because most objects like the bandit scaffolding is designed to be used more than once, so it is given a more general name. while the unique buildings, animations and items are given very specific names because they are only designed to be used once. Snow elf prince burning ascension is most likely unique.
Just because its unique doesn't mean it isn't named differently than what its represented as in game. The naming schemes for objects in the creation kit, and not just objects but animations, screen effects, etc. are all named to be easily filtered. Its likely named SnowPrince so it is easily filtered out from all the other content going into the DLC. Its unique enough that when you type it into a filter you get exactly what you need without fluff. It doesn't matter if its an animation or not, its the same scheme for everything in the creation kit.
Its like this:
They probably wanted a quick way to filter all the content relating specifically to the snow elf quests. I'm willing to bet the quest itself is labeled along the lines of "DGSnowPrince" or some such. To quickly design the quest, everything is named with a similar scheme. You go to the filter, type SnowPrince and you get only objects with that exact name, without any fluff.
There are markers in the CK named "MQ101XMarker", there are animations named "TGNocturnalIdleAnimation" and on and on. Its just for the sake of filtering, it has nothing to do with what the item in the game world represents
