I have been playing Skyrim for some time now and I started the Snow Veil Sanctum quest from the Thieves guild. My issue is that it has done the standard bug out and no matter what I try I cannot fix it. I have done the waiting for 1 hour, I have done 24 hours as well. I have done the run at him and stagger him. this does not work either. I have tried completing other quests to try to reset his AI and I cannot for the life of me get him to reset.

My main issue is I have 74 hours into this game and I do not make many layers of save points. My other save on this game is at 17 hours. That is 50+ hours and many levels and skills that I will lose if I have to restart this and I may as well just throw the game away because I do not have a lot of spare time to play as it is and losing 50+ hours of game play is devistating.

Is there a fix that I can do to get this to work again and NOT lose all my hard game play?
