I'm looking for software, for Windows, paid or otherwise, to add notes to images. I need it to be simpler than Photoshop, but more powerful than Paint (something in between). My work involves commenting many charts and so I would need an efficient way to do this. For some reason I'm not able to find one in Google... Does anyone know any? Thanks!
