Eh - I'd give people more time on New Year's Eve.

For the trespass stuff, no idea.
For the bed, no idea.
For the items, look them up in the wiki: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Tundra_Cotton for example
For the remove item, I think it's player.removeitem etc.

The command to remove something is: player.removeitem ID

To change ownership of an item you need to use the command for it -- dunno the exact phrasing but there are plenty of sites that have the commands listed. Just Google.

Hmm - checked the wiki and it looks like it's simply setownership - haven't tested that though. Do it to a door and you won't be trespassing on entering, I think.

You might need the CK to alter the properties of an entire area, instead of just the objects within it. In fact, I'm almost sure of this, due to how cells worked in FO3 and FNV -- I'm assuming that Skyrim follows a similar code structure for its cells. There are a number of console commands that address cells like COC and such, but the power of the console in this case is limited... it's not a map editor, you know. :)

That's what I'm trying to say: you can't with the console (I'm pretty sure), because that is set in the cell header info, and has nothing to do with what is actually inside the cell (beds, chests, etc.). A workaround is by using queststage for certain homes that are quest-related (like Ysolda's house, for instance, after you befriend/marry her, you aren't trespassing anymore). Sorry I can't be more help for you... this is the best I got. :)

its ok lothario... i was thinking about this and there is actually a very easy workaround, we call it "marriage"

by useing the console to make most people marriable i can simple marry them, inherit their property, kill them via console commands, then - ta da! my own property- no annoying npc!

if i wished to live in the shacks i now can by simpley useing "setownership"

and if i wanted to buy one of the homens i could do the quest and ismpyl pretend i never did it on my chracter....

one last question, is their a way ( useing console or other), than i can purchase oen of the ohuses WITHOUT having to become a thane?

again thanks to everybody for their help
fisher x

ps. i wanted to know this because i do some roleplaying where i play a "normal" person ie. farmer-miner-woodcutter-healer etc etc.

its very fun but it does require some help from the console

thanks!
