I've been playing Skyrim for a while now, and I noticed some effects are not showing, such as the webs wrapped around the thief on the Golden Claw Quest, and Flames from dragons and well... flames. I'm not sure exactly what is wrong, i'm running on ultra graphics, Anyone else having this problem, or a solution?

I had this exact same Issue, interestingly there is a really easy fix

All you need to do is update your graphics card drivers, fixed it for me.
