I know this topic has been covered a bit, but I still cant find straight answers to the questions I have in terms I understand. I hope people can help. Thank you very much in advance to anyone who takes time to answer.

1. Quest rewards. Are quest rewards leveled? For example, if I do the college of winterhold questline at level 5 will the item rewards gained in the questline, such as the staff of Jyrik Gauldurson, have the same stats as they would if I did the questline at level 30? Yes or NO?

2. If I enter a dungeon at level 5, will that dungeon always have loot and enemies scaled to that level? Even if im level 30? Or does it depend on the dungeon?

3. How does the difficulty slider affect loot and quest rewards in game? Do you get better items at higher difficulties?


Sorry if these have been covered before but I cant seem to find simple answers to these questions. Its spoiling the enjoyment of my game somewhat because I dont want to start quests if the items are better later on.
