Sofar im loving this dlc ALOT! and i just wanted to ask some of you guys, who might be a little further into it that I, a few questions:)

1: can most followers become stewards? i purchased the land close to morthal and got the housecarl Valdimar. valdimar has the speach option to become my steward but i would much rather have Jenassa... is this possible and if so when will this option become avaliable?

2. how does the fish hatchery work?

3: if i plant lets say nightshade in the greenhouse and i harvest is will it grow back? cause i noticed in other houses (pre hearthfire) if you harvest ex. garlic from the dry cloves it does not grow back .
