if they want to make a war at least make it right if the consoles don't keep up they should make it kinda strategic like missions on assassins revelations or missions to kill generals or steal supplies
This is actually a good idea. When doing the Imperial questline, I felt that all I ever did was taking over forts. Civil War could use more quests like A False Front and Compelling Tribute.
The Wars in Skyrim V mod seems to have disappeared, but Civil Unrest in Skyrim claims more than 7,000 npcs and 400 battles.
Yes, it's a good mod, so is Warzones (is it still around?). It also made me understand console limtiations better, because my two years old non-gaming laptop chokes even when I try to sneak by one of those battlefield, let alone take part in the skirmish

i saw but i don't like mods skyrim has enough bug by it self and mod are untrusty
Nah. Mods are necessary to save your game from bugs

I mean Unofficial Skyrim Patch of course. But other mods, if they're popular and their author keeps updating them, are unlikely to break your game. Mod conflicts is what you should be wary of, that's why it's so important to read all instructions.
