Hello, I really need someone that works here to offer this customer some support or some sort of help. I pre-ordered Crysis 2 on Steam months and months ago, anxiously awaiting it's release.

Today, I install the game and when I open it I see there are TWO CD keys. One is for Crysis 2 Limited Edition Game Code, the other says Crysis 2 LE Bundle. The LE Bundle is not the same length as the Game Code, so it doesn't work as one.

I used the Limited Edition Game Code and when it logged it, I saw I did not receive ANY of the bonus that I paid EXTRA MONEY for, no level 5, nothing.

But that's not the worst part. The worst part is when I go to the server list and try and enter a game and see that either my serial is already in use or that i lost connection to the server.

I am UNABLE TO PLAY THE GAME that I paid $60 dollars for!! That is simply unacceptable. PLEASE, do something about this and fix my account so I am able to play.

Or give me a full refund. Thank you.

Maybe you should research your issue before you start raging on a forum! They are fixing this problem, almost everyone is having this problem.
