Something I'm Thankful For

Something I'm thankful for is there isn't (as far as I've experienced) any enemy that can throw you off a cliff with Unrelenting Force. I just did this to a Frost Troll, and I was thinking, what a terrible way to die. Too bad the Adoring Fan isn't here... Maybe the Greybeards can do it if you keep attacking them, but for the most part, they seem to like hitting me with Ice Form.

What are you thankful for in Skyrim?

Its great variety and detail on every scale.
From the flowers and insects you can collect to the clutter, the books, the questlines, the ways to build a character.
I also very much enjoy the worldspace.

I agree with all of this.

I have been hit with UF from Draugr Deathlords before, several times actually. Luckily you are generally indoors when fighting them so all you end up doing is flying into a heap somewhere in a corner. Very embarrassing to say the least.

I like just the large open world to play in with very good (as far as games go) physics.

I was getting Fus-ro-dah'd by draugr death overlords, or whatever their top rank is, when doing Skuldafn at level 50. It was freaking brutal, they were chain shouting me, and I flew around like a rag doll, but never quite off any ramparts or to a lower level. I died plenty without getting knocked off a cliff... :(

Note to self: Don't do the MQ finale at level 50 in the future.

I'm thankful for the viking influences. I have always been a HUGE fan of northman and viking tropes, so this was right up my alley. I'm thankful for bookcases, companions, and dog companions. I'm thankful for the houses and the civil war.

What I'm not thankful for is all of the curved end game swords, though.

Haha, the only enemy that I cans see Fus-ro-dah'ing you off a cliff is the Ebony Warrior, because you fight him near a cliff.
