Did any CD's come with it? A setup disk perhaps?

...or maybe a folder with the name "utilities" or "extras" on your local storage drive, that you can install manually !!!!!

maybe you referring to the Dvgate (Plus) software, that you can download from sony, but you must know your laptop model....
