They can't pass this without going to the supreme court, and getting unelected. Just like with that crappy health bill they passed despite it going against the will of the american people and constitution. Stupid politicians.

Pretty much anyone's video would be better than the one in the OP, it's a pretty crap video that makes some ludicrous claims on very contrived grounds (note: SOPA is bad, but the guy is just really dumb)

Anyway, people really need to do a simple search before posting topics (especially for big topics like this, it'd obviously already have a thread on it)
