Then you should feel free to tick the "roleplay" box and play with people who will name their characters with lore friendly names.

Actually, I hope they have a name filter but the best option from my stand point is to simply have an RP server where people that take the game lore and story with a degree of seriousness can play together while Sgt Cuddles can go get his kicks on the typical PVP servers. It's a broad game and will attract all types. Give everyone a place to fit in and enjoy the game their way.
