Hey i have the original game and expansion and i have millions of bugs. I want to enter soul cairn but serena has bug and she says nothing about ingrendients and blood to open the portal. I use setstage "dlc1vq04 90", she makes my soul weaked to enter the soul cairn but i still cant! i also used "set dlc1vq04soultrapped to 1" but still nothing, please help!

explore the room. you'll find all the ingredients. then drop them into the pot on the blacony overlooking the "portal" on the floor. Serana will then bite her arm, drop in blood and the portal will open.

Thats when she weakens you if you make a certain choice.

When I went there, she walked around the room. I had found all but one of the ingredients and her mother's journal before she started talking about the portal. She started talking to me about it. I didn't click on her.

Serana will do nothing till you find her mothers journal. Then she will do nothing till you go get all the ingredients. Then if you collect all the ingredients before getting the journal you get one chance only to say the right thing. Better to go back to a save and try again than just throwing console commands in there that are going to stuff things up.

If you did it right, did not get the ingredients early and still cannot get the right dialogue, get rid of the mods, because you are bound to be playing on the PC.

I dont think that mods are responsible for this. I use them long time now, but i will give it a try and let you know
