I picked this perk up thinking it would great,from what i understand it should recharge a weapon using 5% of a enemies soul if so i have not seen it work once.It also states from a deathblow now i assume one shot killing a enemy in stealth with a bow is a death blow.Is this a bug its annoying me i just wasted a soul on this useless perk.

I was 100% unimpressed by this perk. Won't be taking it on any new characters.

On my warrior character I thought this would be amazing. I wouldn't need to bother with soul gems and raise my enchanting, and use soul trap and increase conjuration, but I was wrong. Doesn't seem to work :/

It works.

But only if you can OHKO a draugr deathlord because anything with a smaller soul and needing more than one hit will make your weapon discharge faster than it recharges.

This skill is far too underpowered to be noticeable unless on a seriously min-maxed character.

well i got it to work i see you can choose which item you want to charge on the weapons panel yet it is completely pointless.Like everyone else said it should charge the weapon without having to use soul gems i hope they patch it.

It does not require soul gems nor do you choose anything. You are mistaking the standard way of recharging weapons for it. It is an automatic skill.
