I want to make a new tier of soul called Sentient, which can be captured only in black soul gems AND Azura's Star, make the sentient tier about 50% more that grand. Allow up to 4 enchantments per item and the addition of 2 soul gems.

I only hope it can be done. It couldn't be done in Oblivion.
