Just got my copy of Skyrim for the 360 (was a PS3 Skyrim player from day 1) and Hearthfire/Dawnguard, and I'm having some issues.

One is whenever I turn to the left ingame conversation sounds go so low I'm unable to hear. When I face forward or right the sound is fine, it's only when I turn to the left that this happens.

My second issue so far is I cannot get Roggi Knot-Beard to offer his quest. I tried with my level 40 character, deleted my game install, and then tried again with a fresh new character, and all I get is the talk about how he knows so much about mead.

What are the specifics in getting his quest? (Want him for a Steward) Checked wiki's and whatnot but found no answers. Are there certain requirements I'm not meeting to get him to offer his quest?

On my 40 toon I checked and finished all outstanding Miscellanious missions where i had to go dungeon dive for characters, and on my new toon my only quest is to talk to the jarl of Whiterun. Went straight to Roggi. And on both characters I also cannot get the woman in the inn to give me the mission to speak to Roggi about his debt either.

Help Please....
