So I'm having a huge problem similar to the problem I have with Dead Island. When I open up Rage all my other computer sounds such as music or (my big one) ventrilo is reduced greatly to where I can barely hear it. This is a problem because I enjoy talking to my friends while playing video games and this is becoming a huge problem for me and playing Rage.

I can hotfix the problem by alt+tabbing out and closing ventrilo and reopening it fixes the problem temporarily. However, once I go through a loading screen the sound is reduced again. This is a problem that concerns both myself and my friends.

Anyone know of an actual fix to this or maybe hopefully ID will add it in the future. It's a huge annoyance.
