Just like the title says. I start the game up, and there's no sound whatsoever; everything else seems to run smoothly. Sound works on other games/mp3s/whatnot, just not for Rage. A little research told me to "disable DTS" in my audio settings, but my mythical quest for this "DTS" was fruitless. (advice on how to do this, I suspect, will solve my problem)

I has system stats, I can dig-em out if you really feel the need to make me. In a nutshell, they're crusty enough to run Fallout 3 beautifully.

Same deal. Haven't been able to find a fix. Read somewhere that if you disable DTS audio it will fix this problem, however when I finally found how to adjust that setting, turns out DTS was not enabled in the first place. Read someplace else that for SoundBlaster users the only fix is to buy a different sound card. I really hope that's not the case.

I'm extremely disappointed.

This is rediculous... Shouldnt have to buy a whole new soundcard to play one bloody game!
