Sound stuttering and static

The game runs great, but I get a lot of sound stuttering and weird quick and sharp static. I do have the latest Realtek sound drivers. Is anyone having the same issue? Any idea on a fix? Thanks.

Make sure your sound is set to 44.1 Khz 16 bits or 24 bits in windows (or in realtek control panel)
