I heard there were issues with bloat, but mostly just in the civilizations version and only when you un-installed the mods. But the author removed the mods and dropped off the face of the earth... I still have them but is it safe to install them? Climates of Tamriel states it conflicts with SoS, but how so?

Also are the newest versions of the mod before it was taken down still available anywhere? I think the version I have is an older version.
