Ok guys could not find anything at all about this let alone any mention of this location. I stumbled across Southfringe Sanctum early on in the game and cleared it, found the woman trapped in a spider web and told her it was clear for her to escape. Now she has run all the way to the cave exit but she is just standing inside the exit past the point where if I travel any closer it loads back out to Skyrim main world. So I cannot talk to her, I can only range attack her lol and the quest is still incomplete as she has not left the Sanctum. Anyone had this or better yet got any idea how this can be fixed?
