Spam?

I know that this will inevitably get flagged for spam, but why is so much being called spam by moderators!?
What's spam about a single thread that's called 20 days left? It's perfectly harmless.
Spam would be when there were 2000000000 threads called countdown, but that isn't the case.
I haven't read the policies because that's too much text, but I say the only rules on this thing should be as follows:

1. No abusive or sixually themed language or pictures.
2. No vulgarity or extreme hostility towards other users. Getting pissed is OK, but being really insulting is not.
3. No spamming (that would be repeatedly placing similar threads or posts.)
4. Keep the subjects kinda related to the theme. A Fifa thread on the Dishonored forums would be rightfully closed, but a Dishonored countdown wouldn't.
(Yes, obviously I'm breaking this rule.)
5. No trolling. That would be acting extremely ignorant and insulting or repeated violation of these rules.

Once again, these countdowns were not spam! If you think so, here's the definition:
Unsolicited mail/e-mail sent out in MASS QUANTITIES.

An example of spam:
9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining. 9 days remaining.

This is not spam:
9 days remaining.

Please keep this in mind admins/moderators. You are suffering from megalomania.

If you have a question about a moderator actions, you need to PM that mod. Creating a thread to discuss a moderators actions is against the rules that you have so carefully researched.
