So I like to crunch numbers before I play and plan out my characters rather than use the console commands to cheat and edit everything how I like it so I made an excel spreadsheet that allows you to put in your SPECIAL stats, relevant traits/perks, implants, and crunches your skillpoints for you to distribute.

You can then put in the final values for skills you want, add how many books you've read for each skill and how many points you've added in game and it'll calculate your current skill as well as give you a final value to raise your skill too to make sure you don't raise it too high and waste points if you still have books to find.
