This would be a massive project, but essentially I'd be re-doing every quest in the game to add dialogue options as a way of solving the mission rather than violence, or ways to get better rewards, talk your way out of trouble, etc. I could potentially even add something similar to the speechcraft minigame from Oblivion, so that gaining the skill is actually challenging and possible, rather than 4 random lines that automatically grant a rank, and having to buy and sell things. This is just one idea I've had floating around, Vivec knows if I'll ever get around to it, but I think it would be interesting. Thieves guild in particular would be an entertaining challenge.
