Intro
You know that dragon shout that puts wind around your sword to make you swing faster? i got to thinking.....
I have also heard some complaints about the range of spells, that they do not go long enough to actually hit the dragons when they fly.
So I thought if someone could possibly put together something to make you able to do a simple kind of enchanting by putting a spell
directly to an arrow.

for example if i put Rage onto an arrow and fire it at an enemy it won't be a AOE spell anymore but it will instead be alot more powerful on one single enemy.

TLDR;
awsome spell arrows and maybe spell swords!

for the arrows it will take a bit longer to load and shoot them than regular arrows
and for the melee weapons it should not be doable in the middle of a battle, so it'll be a one time thing or at least that it's only for a little while.
(all of this damage adding may need for the gameplay to be balanced out).
