how do spell sword classes actually work? Do the player infuse their weapons with magic and with every swing a spell comes off the blade as a projectile or something? (new to these sorta game sorry) aha

Well you could do what you just said pre Oblivion TES games but thats not what it really means. Spellswords are basically sword wielding wizards with light/medium armor. Kind of like lighter battlemages but they use some different spells
