I've been searching around different sites and forums looking for a spell/buff timer mod bit alas have not found anything.
Does anyone know of any? Similar to oblivion's icons would be good or something like the shout cooldown display?
Will be grateful for any help.

Doesn't exist yet. However the SkyUI people are making a framewrok that will make it possible, but it'll take time
