[Relz] Spell Tome - Expel Arrows

This is one of many defensive based mods I'll make for Skyrim.

This is a simple mod that takes care of those pesky archers. They annoy to me to no end, and for a long time now I had been trying to figure out how to remove the threat of archers from battle if only for a little while.

Useful for anyone using any difficulty enhancing mod that adds more archers,
or generally buffs their attack power in someway. Probably a must for Master Difficulty. It will remove their arrows for 20 seconds. Giving you ample time to regroup or handle the melees.

Requirements: Only Skyrim 1.8 patch.

You will find the spell tome in a chest in Riverwood(see image), on the right side of the Riverwood Trader house. You do not need to be a dedicated mage to use this spell. This is basically an enfeebling spell. It debilitates rather than damages.
It has no magic cost, and nothing silly like high skill level needed.

Note: This is not flagged as a hostile spell. This is not a spell you open your attacks with if you do not have aggro. ONLY use this spell, if archers have aggroed you or is using their bow. If you open your first attack with this spell, they will simply reequip their arrows upon aggro and you will need to cast it again for it to stick for the full 20 seconds. Repeated casts while the Expel effect is active will break the effect and go straight to the level check and have the NPC reequip their arrows. There is a message that will appear on the screen to let you know when the effect has ended. If you don't like it appearing, you can edit it out in the ActorExpelMarksmanScript.psc in the OnEffectFinish block line 94. It is normal for the archer to fire an arrow when hit with the spell. It is only firing the current arrow it loaded from quiver prior to being unequipped.

From Riverwood the closest places to try this spell out is Embershard Mine, or that fort northeast of Whiterun(forgot the name). Youtube wouldn't let me create a channel for some reason, so I couldn't make a video of this spell in action. So I used images the best I could to explain the effect.

Installation:

Copy the Data Folder and paste it to your common/skyrim directory.

Uninstall:
===========
Don't uninstall this mod because it uses a script. You know how that goes.
All the script does is check what type of arrows the archers are using.
Nothing seriously fancy and I prefer my scripts to be simple.

Compatibility:
=============
If you find incompatibilities, let me know. This was all tested with only the USKP installed. An issue that occurred in my last mod "Spell Tome - Escape" was that the chest somehow disappeared for 2 people. If that happens with this mod, you can open the console and learn the spell with this console command: player.addspell xx000D65 with XX being the digits representing where you have the mod in your load order.
