I'm stuck, right before I get into the soul cairn. I retrieved serana's mother's journal, read it, and from what I read, I'm supposed to talk to serana. But She's frozen. Just keeps saying "this person is busy"
So i read the journal and tried ddoing what it said, but it won't go into the portal vessel.
As soon as I went into the room I sat down and watched her, if that matters.
Will reload before this occured.

Ok, So Reloading works, but now I'm stuck again. I recieve the objective to gather the ingredients, but when I gather all the ingredients needed, It will not progress forward. The objectives will not cross off, and I can't fill the vessel. Tried this twice, still stuck. Any help would be awesome.
