Spoiler - Sanguine Reveals Himself

Amulet of Dibella

Quest - A night to Remeber

Spoiler -

Sanguine's Daedric form uses the Human form DRUNK Voice.

When Sanguine Reveals himself by changing his apearence. His voice does not change at ALL.
Just feel that His Voice should Have Been Demonic or such. Something Scary. Because He IS revealing himself and thus the Voice should be Daedric to match his Form.

He's the Prince of debauchery and drunkenness. Of course he sounds like a drunk, just like Sheo sounds like a nutcase.

At any rate his line "Let's be honest here... I don't always think my decisions through" in that decidedly "drunk guy tries to explain himself" voice is one of the highlights of the game for me.

Pretty sure a daedric prince can speak with whatever voice he wants no matter what form he is currently in. Meridia has the same voice when she's speaking to you seemingly from her statue as she has when she's speaking to you in the form of a ball of light.

Okay. So when Sanguine is a DRUNK looking OLD Guy To when He is a DAEDRIC Badass. His Voice should not change?

Or are you just basicaly saying that the Devs can do whatever they want with your little hip twist head turn Snap of your fingers?

I thought Sanguine's voice was very fitting, actually, and one of the rare really good casting calls in this game.

His voice fits perfectly. I remember in the guide for Oblivion has a rough description of him as "The lord of hard partying."

sanguine is actually one of the only princes who's voice doesn't utterly irritate me

sheogorath being the other, the rest of the voices are terrible and some even share the same voice

I think the voice fitted him perfectly, especially when you returned to the dungeon later only to find him hanging around fighting the mages that spawn there... xD

"I don't owe you money, do I?!"

Yes. Yes, you do. You, Sanguine, Daedric Prince, owe me, a mortal, money.

Ahhh, bugs.

When I found him back in Morvunskar, I thought I'd be sneaky and try to see what he has in his inventory. I snuck up behind him and he says, "Are you trying to hide because I can see you plain as day." Just hilarious. His quest is my favorite and I wish there was more of him in the game. :tes:

Yes, the devs can do what ever they want. It is their game. If you don't like it, don't play the game.

I am another who liked Sanguine's voice.

I have no problem with it, as others have said, a daedric prince can do what they want. It seems perfectly fitting to me that the prince of partying sounds off his face. Sheogorath doesn't need a booming voice, why should sanguine?

Also, he's face to face with you, an echoey reverby 'voice in your head' effect would be jarring as hell.

Sanguine, Molag Bal and Sheogorath sound the way they should - Sheo's bat[censored] wacko, Sanguine's a drunk, and Bal just drips with mocking contempt.
