As the title suggest!
if you enter the dungeon, keep following the path. Then you can go down with a stair until you see the personal belongings chest and the EVIDENCE CHEST (master lock)

You should definitly check out that chest, loads of stuff in it!

First time I discovered it and thought I might share this amazing find with you guys!

Please do not post Spoilers in General.

People come to General to learn about the game without learning about what happens in the game. If they want to know about what happens, that is what the Cheats, Hints and Spoilers section is for.

Do not use quest details or location specific details related to quests/puzzles/NPCs in your posts in this section. General is for discussing gameplay and mechanics. General topics about the the game include but are not limited to races, items and their use, magic, enchanting, skills, character builds, criticism, praise, funny random things that happen, places from an esthetic standpoint and and other general topics.

Use the Spoilers Section if you have to post quest details or other spoilers or a thread about the same. This also includes console commands, and character build exploits.

I will move this now.

I thought this was the spoiler section. That's what it says on my screen anyway, unless it was moved.

if it's an Evidence Chest, then that means the "loads of stuff" is yours, well kind of, since I guess you stole it in the first place. :P

You know whats hilarious?
You just stole your stuff back.

The evidence chest is the chest all your stolen belongings go to when they are confiscated by the guards.
Each hold has one, except Winterhold, who's guards do not remove stolen items from your inventory, even though they say they will.

Yeah, I went there and the chests were empty. I swiped some apples down there while no one was looking (my character is too broke for potions right now and has already cleaned out every barrel she's seen), and then the next day three thugs came after me with a contract from "Solitude Guard". My character leveled up during the fight and I got some good gear from the dead thugs. So, still a win. :)
