Must...resist...looking.
Is there I way to hide a thread?
Possible big spoiler in there that everyone has been wondering about.
Welp im not clicking that link and im going dark see you guys in a month or two.
i dont see any real spoilers myself. THOUGH THAT DOES BY NO MEANS IMPLY YOU SHOULD LOOK IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SPOILED. but it seems that a few things that were likely have been confirmed
also misc. objective? sounds like radient quests which i was kinda hoping for to
? I didn't really see any spoilers in that. Some things you can do and quest names, but nothing that would be a massive spoiler. Unless I overlooked something and/or am unaware of some big question people have that one of those somehow answer.
Ah, classic orz... no citing sources at all, so I don't know what to believe. Are they just making this stuff up? No sources, no credibility.
I really didnt find this as a huge spoiler. It also is very vague. I mean the that could be the biggest "spoilers" were pretty much gaurenteed. All of those achievements were ones i would've assumed to be there
I only see two factions, lol I don't trust that site never heard of it.
I thought The 5th one down was spoilerish, but we can't be for sure just yet. This site below offers the images.

If we take the pictures into account... Institutionalized, mankind-redefined and powering up all sound and look like pro-institut.
I'm intrigued by this achievement
Ugh....sigh...
I KNOW RIGHT?!?! :C
It also gives a sort of tell of what level most can expect to reach.. We can see that there is no achievement for "max out character" and the highest achievement associated with leveling is 50. I'm assuming that probably means that if you do nothing but story you'll most likely get close to that level.
In the interview panel at E3 it was stated that you can get up to 250 lvls (points) to distribute, practically capping everything.
My guess, given the nature of the other achievements, is that if you play through the main quest, side quests, at least one factions questline, and the required number of misc objectives without much deviation, you should expect to hit level 50. Using my previously posted formula, this would equate to 127,400 XP. Anyone who ventures off the beaten path and explores more fully could expect to hit much higher levels, but this would clearly take a lot longer.
My own personal builds for my male and female characters have each been designed to cap at around the 100 mark. This would equate to around 504,900 XP per character, and so would incorporate a great deal of on-foot exploration with zero fast travel. Anything beyond this point would probably require grinding or exploits, which I would rather avoid. Level 100 seems to be a good target for the kind of playthroughs I'm aiming for.
EDIT: I estimate that the required timescale would be between 300-400 hours for each playthrough as described above.
The achievements for completing quests have never cared about how you complete them, so it's completely possible that the quests have some very evil choices we can make throughout them.
I'm not sure what to make of the family's involvement in the main quest, though. The only quest names/artwork that imply their significance are Reunions and Nuclear Family. But I'm positive we won't be reuniting with the baby - maybe our son as an advlt, but not still as a baby. And what's the deal with the old man in the artwork for Nuclear Family?
And another thing: the artwork for the achievements in Fallout 3 have nothing to do with the content of their quests - you'd be making a lot of bad assumptions about Fallout 3's quests if you guessed them solely on the name and achievement art.
True, but the point is that we won't ever be expected to reach that point in natural gameplay.
I REALLY think the PC is an Android, and that the Nuclear Family achievement/trophy is you meeting your (probably kind and caring) creator on his deathbed. That... Or it's you meeting your dying spouse on their deathbed, and both your spouse and child escaped Vault 111 at some point.
Though... The achievement/trophy about "Redefining Mankind" or some-such (don't know the exact quest name, don't have the list in front of me currently) makes me think The Institute is meshing humans and androids (robotics) together, creating long-living cyborgs to survive the harsh wasteland; the next step in evolution of mankind, an evolution needed to survive the current hazardous environment they live in (a common sci-fi theme). There's a main quest about upgrading, what looks like, yourself etc. Hmm... Interesting list indeed.
Yeah I think it's kind of obvious now the direction these are pointing and I can't say I'm happy about it. It will be interesting to see how it's all revealed in game and how long your PC doesn't know what's going on.
Do we really need spoiler tags in a spoiler thread? Maybe we need to go ahead and get the official Spoiler section up since there are some official spoilerish stuff being found now.
