Has anyone come across a Stalhrim War Axe? I was locked out of the Quest in Skaal Village that lets you Smith your own Stalhrim Weapons and Armor. Apparently if any of the Skaal Villagers die, you may not be able to complete some quests in that town. Unfortunately for me, a couple of them died when I cleansed the Wind Stone... Which was around Six hours ago in-game.
I have multiple characters, but this is my main character, and the only one that really uses one-handed weapons.

I've seen the war hammer, battle axe, great sword, short sword, mace but not the war axe. I'm also locked out of that quest so I actually have to buy my stalhrim weapons and armor. Raven Rocks blacksmith as well as the blacksmith outside of Thrisk Mead Hall carry one or two weapons and a piece of armor at a time. I found they restock about every two days.
