There's been a lot of talk by Zenimax about the use of stamina to block - and their desire to focus on the core stats. Taking this - I think it would be an excellent idea to assign each ability/spell a value for magicka or stamina - just as in the original games - and have you operate your skills based on those pools. This adds a tactical element - do you use your heaviest attack first. - and spend most of the fight dodging or blocking attacks waiting for recharge - or do you bombard with weaker attacks and your weapon? This - in my opinion - will make the game more appealing to Single player-TES players and MMO veterans alike - as it's a new system within MMOs (as far as I know - if any other games do this please don't be sarcastic). I knw they've said some abilities will have cool downs, but I hope some of the abilities focus on this. Of course, they'll have to put a limit on the amount of magic, to stop endgame people using only the best abilities.
