Hey everyone !

I've been searching around for a while now, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

So, my low-level character suffer from a stamina loss (it's 75 instead of 100). Almost every NPC I talk to say that my character looks awful etc.

How can I recover from this state ?

You could try necking down a potion of cure disease and try to see if that will cure you.

The general stats menu says I didn't contract any disease, I guess the potion won't work.

I've noticed that diseases do not appear in the magic effects. Try going to a temple and activating the shrine, there is one in Whiterun

Hmm, shouldn't it show up in red for negative in the Spell menu under active effects?

Ok, thanks for your help, it worked. I went to Whiterun, took the temple blessing and no more stamina decrease.

And yes, the stamina stat was red (but no indication whatsoever about the cause ?).

If you had looked in the active effects the condition you had contracted would have been shown. I was getting the "you don't look good" dialogue and found my character had contracted rockjoint, reducing my melee attacks by 25%.
