"stamina regenerates 50% faster in all light armor: head, chest, hands, feet."

I took this to mean +50% stamina regeneration at first, I also have +50% magicka regeneration from the restoration perks. But my stamina is regenerating at least twice as fast, so it seems it's +50% per light armor piece, resulting in 300% stamina regeneration.

Can someone test this on pc, or does anyone know?
