Stamina Stat-Red?

My Stamina is Red and at 145. I assume something is inhibiting it? How do I determine what it is?

Gotcha. Now what do I do about Bone Break Fever? And Rockjoint?

Cure disease. Potion or chapel.

Go to an altar (like Talos in Whiterun) and get a blessing.

Cure Disease potion might cure it also.
