At home I'm using Notepad++ [as per the instructions found http://www.creationkit.com/Notepad%2B%2B_Setup. Since I have some spare time here at work I'd like to continue my work on the scripts, does the Papyrus compiler needs the game to be installed? I can't install the game at work due to Steam not working under our proxy.

I once tryed this for the same reason without success. Can't remember the errors, it was a long time ago...but things might have changed since then.
