Standing Vampire Bite in Human Form?

In the dawnguard trailer you see your character biting someones neck vampy style whilst you are both standing and you are not in vampire lord form....

Anyone able to explain to me how you do it?

You have to cast Vampire's seduction on a enemy NPC or any other humanoid living NPCs..it makes them your temporary thralls (entirely passive) which allows you to when you attempt to talk to them to feed on them.

One animation from the front and one from the back.

Yeah you have to have had leveled Illusion magic up and gotten quite a few of the perks to make it work..luckily I did beforehand.

Character is lvl 81 and I use it on Bandit marauders and feed on them before I kill them.

I think this would have been a perfect opportunity to make NPC's followers.
Spoiler
Kind of like what you did with the Moth Priest, only to any non essential NPC. They would become a follower, even if they weren't originally intended to be.

the problem with that is that there wouldn't be programming to allow them to behave as a follower if they weren't intended, also no follower dialogue
