Well look at it this way, your monthly fee brings you a constant flow of new content. You can't get the majority of DLC for free can you? I have always been against monthly subscriptions, but now I see why they are needed in the MMO area, they keep the game maintained by fixing bugs, issues and glitches right away rather than months after release, and bring us great quality content.

Ok a studio that makes one game (THAT ISN'T AN MMO! Way to bold the quote out of context) does it for free, big surprise. I also said right away instead of months later it coems in a timely manor. Idk which Witcher you are talking about but mine hasn't received any free in game content since buying it a year ago...
