I've had two bar fights but I haven't yet sabotaged a mill.

bar fights you just have to find someone boasting about how strong they are and tell them they aren't. Then you bet 100 gold you can beat them and fists start flying.

For mills, no Idea... I don't even know how to get a job at one; every time I talk to anyone working at one, they don't give me the time of day :/

Working at a mill you just need to have a woodcutters axe and an area to split logs, then talk to the guy that runs the mill and he will pay you for them.

I'm pretty sure they were lying about sabotaging economies... Anyone got any info?
